After your initial contact, I will:
Give a ball-park estimate based on the size of your pool
Arrange to inspect and measure your pool
Provide liner samples, either on-line or in person
Provide a detailed estimate and contract
Collect a deposit on the liner order
Schedule the work with you once the liner is in hand
Complete the work in 1 to 2 days working time
Collect final payment when you are satisfied with the job
